Chicken Coop Esports Code of Conduct

At Chicken Coop Esports, we are committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all players, staff, and community members. Our Code of Conduct applies 24/7, both on and off official servers, events, and online platforms.

1. Professionalism and Respect

  • Treat all teammates, opponents, staff, and community members with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.

  • Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Humor should never come at the expense of others’ comfort or safety.

2. Boundaries and Consent

  • All personal interactions must respect others’ boundaries.

  • Consent is mandatory for any private or sensitive engagement, including direct messaging, media sharing, or discussions of personal topics.

3. Online Conduct

  • Maintain professionalism across all online platforms, including social media, streaming, and messaging apps.
  • Sharing confidential information, offensive content, or engaging in behavior that damages the organization’s reputation is prohibited.

4. Mandatory Training

  • All players and staff are required to complete periodic training on professional boundaries, consent, and online conduct.

  • Refusal to participate in training may result in suspension or removal from the organization.

5. Oversight and Accountability

  • Our Head of CS2 Operations, @ioiocs2, conducts regular check-ins to ensure adherence to these standards.

  • Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate release from the organization, depending on severity.

6. Reporting and Enforcement

  • We provide a confidential reporting channel for any concerns: conduct@chickencoop.gg

  • All submissions are reviewed promptly and handled with discretion.

  • Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.
