Following challenges with the organization’s most recent roster that ultimately disrupted competitive momentum, Chicken Coop had made the strategic decision to pause active competition. This step allowed the organization to reassess its approach, address internal gaps, strengthen operational systems, and ensure a more stable and sustainable foundation moving forward.

Chicken Coop will focus on organizational improvements across all areas of the team. This includes refining internal structure, improving operational workflows, establishing clearer competitive standards, and evaluating long-term partnerships that align with the organization’s vision. These efforts are intended to create a more stable and professional environment for future players and staff.

As part of the rebuild, Chicken Coop will be expanding its operational team. The organization is seeking individuals who believe they can make a meaningful impact on the operational side of the team, including but not limited to management, administration, competitive operations, and organizational development.

A formal roster announcement is planned for the end of Q1 2026, following the completion of key organizational milestones. This approach ensures that competitive decisions are supported by a stronger foundation and clearer direction.
