These terms cover your use of chickencoop.gg, the Roost fan program, giveaways and the Chicken Coop shop. The site is run by Chicken Coop Esports LLC (“Chicken Coop”, “we”, “us”), Phoenix, Arizona. By using the site, joining the Roost or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Returns Policy. Last updated November 1, 2026.
Who can use the site
Anyone can browse. The Roost is for fans 13 and up. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to join the Roost or place an order, and they should read these terms with you.
Your account
- Sign in with Discord or a one-time email link. Keep access to that email or Discord account to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- One account per person. Gamertags must not impersonate anyone or be offensive; we may change or remove ones that are.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time through our contact form.
The Roost and Feathers
- Feathers are points for being part of the community. They have no cash value, can’t be bought, sold, traded or transferred, and can’t be exchanged for money.
- Codes from watch parties, events and streams are for you only. Each code can be redeemed once per account and may expire.
- Shop discount codes are tied to your account email and can’t be shared, combined unless we say so, or used on orders for resale.
- Rewards, tiers, earning rules and Discord roles can change. We may pause or end the program; if we end it we’ll give members notice on the site first.
- If we see cheating, multiple accounts, bots, code sharing or abuse, we may remove Feathers, rewards or the account and cancel affected orders or coupons.
Giveaways
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and buying something never improves your chances. Feathers and entries can always be earned for free (for example by joining the Roost or redeeming event codes).
- Each giveaway has its own official rules that list the prize, dates, who can enter, how winners are picked and how to enter for free. If they differ from these terms, the official rules win.
- Void where prohibited. Winners may need to confirm eligibility and a shipping address; winners under 18 need a parent or guardian to accept the prize. Any taxes on prizes are the winner’s responsibility.
Community conduct
Be respectful on the site, in our Discord and in our streams and chats. No harassment, hate speech, threats, cheating, scams, spam or sharing other people’s personal information. Our Code of Conduct covers our players and staff and sets the tone for the community. We may remove content, roles or accounts that break these rules. Discord’s own terms also apply in our server.
Shop
- Our merch is printed to order by our fulfilment partner. Colours on screen may look slightly different in person.
- Prices are in US dollars and can change before you order. Shipping costs and any taxes are shown at checkout. International orders may owe customs duties or import taxes on delivery; those are paid by the buyer.
- We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or the order looks fraudulent.
- Returns, reprints and refunds follow our Refund & Returns Policy.
Our content
The Chicken Coop name, logo, rooster, designs, photos and videos belong to Chicken Coop Esports LLC or the people who licensed them to us. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial fan use with credit. Please don’t use our logo or designs on products, or suggest we endorse you, without written permission. Game names and logos belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve.
Copyright concerns
If you believe something on our site infringes your copyright, send the page link, a description of your work and your contact details through our contact form or by mail to the address below. We’ll review it and remove content where appropriate.
Other sites
We link to Discord, Twitch, X, YouTube, HLTV, FACEIT, payment providers and other sites we don’t control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
No guarantees
The site, the Roost and match information are provided “as is”. We work to keep schedules, results, stats and player settings accurate, but they can be wrong or change, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those that can’t be excluded.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Chicken Coop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about the site, the Roost or an order is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
