Chicken Coop Esports · Development roster
The Coop's academy team. Where the next Chicken Coop players get found, coached and sent up to the main roster. First season: 2027.
Applications open · needs a Coop account with FACEIT linked
The vision
Chicken Coop started as grassroots North American Counter-Strike and still is. Hatch makes that a system: find players nobody has signed yet, coach them properly, and move them up.
Applications are open to everyone with a Coop account. Your linked FACEIT account speaks for you: level and Elo come straight from FACEIT, not from a form.
Structured scrims, demo review and feedback from Coop staff. Same org, same standards as the roster that won ESEA Season 57 North America.
The point of Hatch is promotion. When the CS2 roster needs a stand-in or a new piece, Hatch is where we look first.
The road to 2027
Staff set the structure: coaching, schedule, server time and how tryouts will run. Applications are open the whole time.
Every application gets read. We look at the FACEIT level and Elo on your linked account, your activity and your Coop history.
Shortlisted players are invited to tryout servers with staff watching. Invites go out by Discord and email.
Trial lineups scrim on a set schedule while coaches evaluate roles, comms and consistency over weeks, not one game.
The first Hatch roster is announced on chickencoop.gg, Discord and socials. The season starts.
